The Lowest Sugar Yogurts

The main offender that turns yogurt from a healthy food into an unhealthy one is added sugar.  In fact, many have more than 19 grams of sugar which is more sugar than a Dunkin Donuts chocolate donut.

Here are some of my favorite yogurts with the minimal added sugar.

Some of these are vanilla flavored and are enhanced by the addition of fresh fruit.
