Weight loss can reduce disease-related morbidity and mortality and weight losses of 10-15 kg have been shown to reverse type 2 diabetes.

I offer weight loss and exercise programs. I personally guide you through what you need to know to lose weight and improve your health through safe, effective means.

Using a low caloried meal replacement can be an effective strategy. 

One of the other main problems with meal replacement diets is that on their own, they do little to educate people about their eating habits. There is a reason people have put on weight in the first place: too many calories, poor food choices and/or lack of exercise. While replacing a person's usual high-calorie breakfasts and lunches with a meal-replacement product will probably result in weight loss, returning to poor eating habits once you stop using the meal-replacement means you will most likely regain weight.  

Most nutrition experts believe that if a weight loss program is to be effective at keeping the weight off in the long term, it's essential to provide education and support on healthy eating.

Nutrition therapy for those wanting to lose weight is best if it includes a healthful eating pattern, a reduced energy intake, regular physical activity, education, and support as primary treatment strategies.
